Our mission is to provide high-quality, nourishing products that customers love, and we’re looking for a TikTokShop USA Affiliate Coordinator VA to help us scale our brand on TikTokShop through influencer marketing.


The Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate Coordinator to recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok affiliates who will promote our brand. You’ll also lead our affiliate community on Upgrade to see actual info, ensuring a fun, engaging, and high-energy environment where affiliates feel motivated to create viral content.


Key Responsibilities
- Recruit & Onboard Affiliates – Identify and engage potential TikTok creators who align with our brand, set them up with affiliate links, and ensure they have the right materials.?
- Manage an Affiliate Upgrade to see actual info Community – Set up and manage a thriving Upgrade to see actual info server where affiliates can collaborate, share content ideas, and engage with the brand.?
- Create Excitement & Incentives – Organize challenges, giveaways, and competitions to motivate affiliates and keep them engaged.?
- Monitor Performance – Track affiliate sales, engagement metrics, and content virality, optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.?
- Provide Support & Strategy – Guide affiliates on best practices for creating viral skincare content, provide creative assets, and share brand messaging.?
- Stay on Top of Trends – Keep an eye on TikTok trends and viral content strategies to ensure our affiliates stay ahead of the game.


What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Influencer/Affiliate Marketing – Proven track record of recruiting and managing affiliates, preferably in the skincare, beauty, or wellness industry.?
- Strong Understanding of TikTok & Social Media Trends – You know what makes content go viral and how to motivate creators.?
- Community Management Skills – Experience setting up and running Upgrade to see actual info communities or similar platforms.?
- Creative & Strategic Thinker – You can develop engaging content strategies and motivate affiliates to participate in brand campaigns.?
- Excellent Communication & Relationship-Building Skills – You can engage with influencers, negotiate deals, and keep the energy high in our community.?
- Data-Driven Approach – Comfortable tracking affiliate performance and optimizing campaigns based on analytics.
- You’ll need access to TikTok from your phone and a good internet connection.
