Job Title: Customer Success Manager
Location: Remote (European Time Zone)

Position Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge technology and our customers, ensuring they get the most value from our solutions. This role requires someone with a developer-level technical background, ideally with experience in proxies and web scraping. You’ll have the chance to work with top-tier clients, optimize their experience, and play a crucial role in their success. What You’ll do:
Be the trusted advisor and go-to expert for customers, guiding them through seamless onboarding and continued success.
Design and implement efficient workflows to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Provide top-tier technical support, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions that drive results.
Work hand-in-hand with product and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into meaningful improvements.
Offer expert guidance on proxies, web scraping, and automation to empower customers.
Proactively anticipate customer challenges and develop proactive strategies to address them.
Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with customers, ensuring they achieve their business goals with our solutions.
Drive product adoption and advocate for new features that add value.


What we’re looking for:
Strong technical expertise, ideally at a developer level, with experience in proxies, web scraping, and automation.
A strategic, process-driven mindset with an eye for detail.
Proven experience in customer success, technical support, or a similar role.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
A proactive, customer-first approach with a passion for driving success.
Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and sales teams.
Comfortable working remotely and available within European time zones.


Preferred Qualifications:
Background in software development or technical consulting.
Experience with APIs, automation tools, and web scraping frameworks.
Familiarity with B2B SaaS environments and customer lifecycle management.
