Full-Stack Developer (Lead Developer & Project Manager)

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer & Project Lead to drive the development of a high-performance crypto social media and educational web platform and mobile app.
This role requires expertise in Next.js, React, Node.js (NestJS), WebSockets, and AWS infrastructure while also managing the Mobile & Backend Engineer to ensure efficient execution.
As the Lead Developer & Project Manager, you will architect the system, assign tasks, and oversee technical development, ensuring that best coding practices, real-time optimizations, and high scalability are met.

Responsibilities:
? Lead the development of a Next.js-based web application with SSR and edge rendering.
? Work with Node.js (NestJS) and GraphQL (Apollo Server) to build scalable APIs.
? Architect real-time updates using WebSockets (Upgrade to see actual info) for chat & notifications.
? Optimize Redis caching & PostgreSQL queries for sub-100ms response times.
? Implement role-based access control (RBAC), authentication (OAuth, Firebase Auth, JWT, 2FA, Metamask login).
? Manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, Cloudflare, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
? Oversee and instruct the Mobile & Backend Engineer, ensuring project milestones are met.
? Integrate Stripe & PayPal for subscriptions and transactions.
? Maintain clear documentation and best practices for long-term scalability.

Requirements:
? 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
? Frontend: Next.js, React, TailwindCSS, GraphQL (Apollo Client).
? Backend: Node.js (NestJS), GraphQL (Apollo Server), PostgreSQL, Redis.
? Real-Time Features: WebSockets (Upgrade to see actual info), Kafka for event-driven updates.
? Authentication: Firebase Auth, OAuth, JWT, 2FA, Metamask login.
? Infrastructure & DevOps: AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Cloudflare, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
? Strong project management and leadership experience.
? Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers effectively.
