Join our expanding team at an innovative, international e-commerce brand dedicated to “good for you” products, from eco-friendly oral care items to functional, biodegradable chewing gum. We’re passionate about creating natural products that improve health and reduce environmental impact.
Currently focused on the U.S. market. Our small but dedicated team includes our founder, a logistics manager, outsourced graphic design and PPC support, and customer service—all driven by a shared mission to bring sustainable products to market.
We’re looking for a talented datadriven Amazon Operations Manager to help us streamline and grow our Amazon presence.
This role is half-time to start, with the potential to grow to a full-time position as we scale (within 6-12 months)

What You’ll Do:
-Optimize Listings: Perform keyword research to enhance search visibility and conversion rates.
-PPC Campaign Oversight: Oversee PPC campaigns in collaboration with our PPC agency, ensuring effective keyword research, bid adjustments, and performance analysis to maximize return on investment (ROI)
-Inventory Management (Sostocked Software): Coordinate with our logistics manager to manage stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment and avoiding stockouts or overstock situations.
-Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor research to identify market trends, optimize listings, and find opportunities for improvement in product offerings and marketing strategies.
-New Product Launches: Lead and execute product launch strategies on Amazon, ensuring optimized listings, competitive pricing, and strong marketing support to drive sales from day one.
-Product Development Support: Collaborate with the team on new product development, providing market research, competitive analysis, and insights to create innovative, high-demand products.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
-Amazon Expertise: Minimum of 2 years managing Amazon accounts, including SEO, PPC, and inventory management.
-Analytical Skills: Strong ability to make data-driven decisions based on competitor research and market trends.
-Inventory Coordination: Proven experience working with suppliers and logistics partners for stock management.
