JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Marketing & Administrative Virtual Assistant to help manage digital marketing campaigns, handle administrative tasks, and support backend operations for our educational platform. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with experience in digital marketing, CRM tools, and administrative support.


The position is part-time, requiring 20 hours per week (4 hours per day) with a flexible schedule, including some overlap with Pacific Time.


Job duties and responsibilities:

1. Marketing Support:
- Assist in the creation and management of digital advertising campaigns on Google and Facebook, ensuring compliance with
platform guidelines.
- Research strategies to improve ad approval rates and maximize reach, particularly in the context of psychedelic-related
content.
- Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting, and conduct split testing to optimize results.
- Manage and update email marketing campaigns via MailChimp, including audience segmentation and automation setup.
- Maintain and update social media content and engagement strategies.
- Create landing pages, lead magnets, and social media graphics consistent with our established brand identity.
- Research and implement growth strategies to expand our audience, particularly individuals with life-threatening illnesses
and medical professionals.

2. Administrative Support:
-Manage backend operations for our education platform (Thinkific), including generating course certificates.
-Handle data entry and manual uploads to MailChimp, WordPress (WooCommerce and Fluent Forms Pro), and Eventbrite.
-Process and organize registrant data from Eventbrite and integrate it into MailChimp.
-Assist with routine QuickBooks data entry tasks as needed.
-Maintain and update the organization’s practitioner directory.
-Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, and email management.


Qualifications

- Experience in digital marketing, Google & Facebook ads, and email marketing
- Familiarity with Thinkific, MailChimp, WordPress, Eventbrite, and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Ability to work independently with great attention to detail
- Experience handling ad compliance and optimization for sensitive topics is a plus!
