Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Coordinator to join our team. The primary role will involve identifying, contacting, and nurturing potential business relationships with companies that align with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will excel in using both traditional and modern tools to reach out at scale, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect Identification: Conduct market research to identify potential companies for acquisition, partnerships, or collaborations. Utilize industry databases, social media, and other online resources to build a robust pipeline of prospects.
Outreach Management:
Develop and execute multi-channel outreach strategies including but not limited to email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, cold calling, and event participation.
Employ CRM tools and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp) to manage and track communications, ensuring personalized and timely follow-ups.
Relationship Building:
Initiate contact with key decision-makers at prospective companies through various communication methods.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular interaction, ensuring each interaction adds value.
Scalability and Efficiency:
Leverage modern tools like AI-driven sales platforms, automated email sequences, and social selling to scale outreach efforts.
Analyze outreach performance data to refine strategies, improve conversion rates, and optimize resource allocation.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align outreach efforts with broader company objectives and to tailor pitches or proposals accordingly.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on outreach activities, success rates, and market feedback to senior management.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years in business development, sales, or a similar role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proven experience in using CRM systems and marketing automation tools for business development purposes.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with high-level executives.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Proficient in data analysis for decision making.
Familiarity with modern sales and marketing technologies; experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar tools is a plus.
Attributes:

High level of organization with attention to detail.
Creative problem solver who can think outside traditional sales methods.
Bonus Points:
Experience with AI tools for sales prospecting and lead qualification.
