Part-Time Video Editor for YouTube Crochet & Macrame Tutorials

I’m looking for a skilled video editor to help me with rough edits of my tutorial videos in Adobe Premiere Pro. I’ll handle the finishing touches, like adding music, but I need someone who can help cut footage down, arrange clips, and make the editing process smoother for me.
Job Details:

Pay: $8/hour
Hours: Part-time, flexible (some weeks may have multiple videos, while others may have none)
Commitment: Long-term position for the right person
Video Length: Final edited videos are typically 10-25 minutes long

Responsibilities:

Edit raw footage in Adobe Premiere Pro to create a rough cut
Trim unnecessary parts, arrange clips, and ensure smooth transitions
Sync audio and make basic adjustments (color, exposure, etc. if needed)
Maintain an efficient workflow to help me speed up the editing process

Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
Fluent in English (good communication skills are important)
Experience editing long-form YouTube videos (experience with tutorials is a plus!)
Ability to follow instructions and maintain a consistent editing style

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience editing craft tutorials
Understand pacing for educational content
Can work efficiently with minimal revisions

This is a flexible, part-time role with no set hours, but I’m looking for someone reliable who can work on videos as needed. Rough editing for these tutorials takes me usually 2 to 3 hours per video. I'm hoping that with the time I'll be saving each week I'll be able to film more videos each month.
