About the Role

I’m looking for a skilled YouTube Video Editor to help create high-quality content for my personal YouTube channel, which focuses on finance, real estate, investing, and business. The ideal candidate has experience editing YouTube videos, understands how to keep viewers engaged, and can enhance videos with smooth transitions, graphics, and other creative elements.

Responsibilities
• Edit and enhance raw footage into engaging YouTube videos (Long Form & Short form)
• Add graphics, text overlays, transitions, and music to improve storytelling
• Optimize videos for engagement and YouTube’s algorithm
• Maintain a clean and professional editing style that fits my brand
• Collaborate with me on video structure, pacing, and creative ideas
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently

Requirements
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)
• Experience editing YouTube-style videos, especially in the finance or business niche
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
• Familiarity with YouTube SEO, thumbnails, and audience retention strategies
• Ability to take creative direction while also bringing new ideas to the table

Bonus Skills
• Motion graphics, color correction, and sound design experience
• Understanding of YouTube analytics and growth strategies
