Responsibilities:
Recruitment, Staffing, and Onboarding:
Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection.
Conduct thorough background checks on potential candidates.
Present potential candidates to clients and facilitate final interview arrangements.
Coordinate clients’ requirements and expectations to ensure seamless onboarding for new employees.
Training, Development, and Performance Management:
Develop and implement training programmes to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Oversee performance appraisals and provide guidance to managers and employees.
Conduct performance reviews and manage employee benefits programmes.
Check productivity and understand how to use timesheet system for accounting or law firms.
Employee and Labour Relations:
Facilitate effective communication between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, and concerns, ensuring all issues are voiced and resolved efficiently.
Organise activities that enhance employee engagement and morale to foster a positive work environment.
Implement discipline management and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Manage the exit process for separating employees.
Compliance, Policies, and Reports Management:
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies, particularly focusing on Australian and Philippine regulations.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
Prepare reports on terminations, promotions, disciplinary actions, and other required information.
Ensure timely reporting on grievances, surveys, and other HR-related tasks.
Compensation, Benefits, and Health & Safety:
Manage compensation and benefits programmes, including payroll administration.
Verify employee attendance and reasons for absences.
Track hours worked and ensure accurate recording on designated records.
Manage bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
Promote workplace safety and wellness initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.
A master’s degree in HR or relevant certification is a plus.
Experienced in the BPO Industry.
Working from office in Manilla, Ortigas Centre Pasig
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
Knowledge of Australian labour laws and regulations is preferred.
Proficient in Philippine labour law.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
