We specialize in product listing optimization, PPC advertising, account management, and branding strategies. We are looking for an Amazon Specialist to join our team and play a key role in managing and optimizing client accounts for growth and profitability.
Job Summary
As an Amazon Specialist, you will oversee various aspects of Amazon account management, including listing optimization, keyword research, PPC management, and competitor analysis. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their Amazon stores are running efficiently, driving sales, and staying ahead of market trends.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Amazon product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms).
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices for improved rankings.
Oversee PPC campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and optimization for profitability.
Perform competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Manage and resolve Amazon account issues, such as listing suppressions, policy violations, and account health matters.
Optimize A+ Content and Amazon Storefronts for enhanced branding and conversions.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve sales and efficiency.
Stay up to date with Amazon policies, trends, and algorithm changes.
Collaborate with internal teams, including design and content, to execute successful client strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in Amazon account management (agency or brand-side preferred).
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
Proficiency in Amazon PPC (campaign setup, bid optimization, keyword targeting).
Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or DataDive for research and analytics.
Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to make informed business decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills for handling listing issues and account-related challenges.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Experience with A+ Content, Storefront design, and flat file uploads is a plus.
