Design Assistant + Content Manager

Position: Part-Time with potential for Full-Time as we continue to scale

Are you passionate about interior design and a wizard with content creation? Dwell Well Design Co. is on the lookout for a talented, detail-oriented Design & Content Assistant to support our mission of crafting one-of-a-kind, highly personalized homes. This role combines creative content strategy, design documentation, and client communication into one dynamic position.

1. Content Strategy, Planning & Execution

Develop and execute a content calendar for social media, blog posts, and newsletters.
Manage and update our Wix website with fresh content, project updates, and portfolio highlights.
Craft engaging social media captions and graphics that reflect the Dwell Well Design Co. brand voice.
Analyze content performance and adjust strategies accordingly to attract new leads and grow our audience.

2. Design Assistance & Documentation

Create detailed elevations, 3D renders, and scaled drawings for custom furniture designs, tile layouts, and more.
Support the development of construction documentation and design specifications.


3. Client-Facing Document Creation

Prepare polished design presentations and proposal documents.
Develop client-ready specification sheets, finish schedules, and procurement lists.
Ensure all client communications and documents reflect the Dwell Well Design Co. brand standards.
Maintain organized project files and client records for seamless project execution.


? You Might Be a Perfect Fit If You:

Have experience with content creation, social media management, and Wix website maintenance.
Are proficient in design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Revit) for creating renders and drawings.
Have a strong eye for detail and a passion for high-end, custom interior design.
Communicate clearly, professionally, and creatively—both in writing and visually.
Are proactive, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
