About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced WordPress Developer & SEO Specialist to join our remote team. Your primary goal is to build, optimize, and maintain high-performing WordPress websites (of our inhouse sites) that rank well on search engines.

Responsibilities
WordPress Development:
Build and customize WordPress websites (themes, plugins, etc.).
Optimize website performance (speed, security, and UX).
Troubleshoot and fix website issues.

SEO Optimization:
Perform on-page and off-page SEO to improve rankings.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies.
Optimize site speed, mobile-friendliness, and technical SEO.
Track website performance and suggest improvements.

Other Tasks:
Work with our marketing team to improve site conversions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and WordPress updates.

What We’re Looking For
Proven Experience – At least 3+ years in WordPress development & SEO.
Expert in WordPress – Knows PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular page builders (Elementor, Divi, Gutenberg).
SEO Guru – Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Page Speed & Performance Optimization – Knows how to get those fast-loading sites!
Detail-Oriented & Self-Motivated – You take ownership of your work.
Reliable Internet Connection – This is a fully remote role!
