(Fashion E-commerce) Partnerships & Outreach Executive

Good Totes is a fast-growing eCommerce brand specializing in stylish, functional tote bags. We’re looking for a Partnerships & Outreach Executive to help grow our brand through partnerships, wholesale expansion, and influencer marketing.

What You’ll Do:

1. Influencer & KOL Outreach
Identify, research, and reach out to influencers who align with our brand.
Manage gifting programs, negotiations, and deliverables, ensuring seamless collaborations.
Track and analyze influencer performance to optimize future partnerships.

2. Wholesale & Partnerships Management
Handle inbound wholesale requests, ensuring timely responses and smooth coordination.
Maintain relationships with existing stockists, retailers, and brand partners.
Keep wholesale pricing sheets and product catalogs updated.

3. Business Development & Outreach
Identify and reach out to potential stockists, retailers, and collaboration partners.
Research new opportunities for brand expansion through wholesale, retail, and media partnerships.
Assist in managing affiliate & media outreach to secure organic press and brand exposure.

4. SOP Development & Process Optimization
Develop and refine SOPs for influencer outreach, wholesale management, and partnership development.

- Business-minded – You think strategically about wholesale expansion and brand partnerships.
- Independent but collaborative – You take initiative while working closely with the team.

About this role:

- Remote position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (1-hour lunch break). GMT+8 time.
- Fast-paced environment; strong multitasking and project prioritization skills needed.
- Stable internet, reliable laptop.
