As we expand, we are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to optimize procurement, logistics, and supplier management.

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Specialist to oversee order processing, supplier coordination, and logistics. This role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills to ensure smooth supply chain operations, cost efficiency, and quality compliance.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

PROCUREMENT AND ORDER MANAGEMENT
Consolidate orders from internal and external business units.
Upload order details in internal and vendor systems.
Submit and upload orders to vendors on time based on business requirements.
Receive, reconcile, and confirm vendor orders, ensuring accuracy.
Maintain and update order tracking systems manually and in Power BI.

SUPPLIER AND LOGISTICS COORDINATION
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Obtain inbound shipping details from vendors and regulate container flow.
Coordinate with shipping agents for shipment collection and movement.
Manage customs clearance, documentation, and shipment prioritization.
Handle excess shortage claims and Return-To-Vendor (RTV) processes.
Oversee local product destruction when required..

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROBLEM SERVING
Provide internal and external stakeholders with shipment updates via email, phone, and EDI.
Resolve supply chain discrepancies and operational issues efficiently.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in logistics, procurement, or supply chain management.
Strong knowledge of logistics operations, international shipping, and customs regulations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel. SAP/ERP knowledge is a plus.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
