JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Ads Manager to oversee and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook and TikTok. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of paid media strategies, audience targeting, and creative optimization to maximize ROI and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.

- Conduct audience research and implement targeted ad strategies to improve performance.

- Create compelling ad creatives and collaborate with designers and content creators for high-converting campaigns.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.

- Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and creatives to enhance campaign effectiveness.

- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, ad trends, and best practices to maximize ad efficiency.

- Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring the best allocation of resources for optimal results.

- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for improvement.

- Troubleshoot ad performance issues and implement necessary adjustments to achieve campaign goals.


Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager with successful ad campaign execution.

- Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and conversion tracking.

- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Experience with A/B testing, performance tracking, and reporting.

- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and third-party analytics platforms.

- Creative mindset with an eye for compelling ad content and engagement strategies.

- Strong communication and project management skills.

- Experience managing ad budgets of varying sizes and scaling campaigns efficiently.


Timezone: AEST

Working Hours: 4 hours per day / 20 hours per week

Rate: $640 - $800 AUD per month (depending on experience)
