As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to manage daily operations and free up time for our leadership team to focus on expansion.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
   •   Client Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, text messages, and handle customer inquiries professionally.
   •   Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule jobs, set appointments, and follow up with clients.
   •   Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential and existing clients to confirm appointments, provide estimates, and follow up on service inquiries.
   •   Social Media Management: Maintain and update company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business), respond to comments/messages, and assist with content posting.
   •   Customer Support: Address customer concerns, handle rescheduling, and ensure client satisfaction with a professional and friendly approach.
   •   Administrative Support: Organize digital files, prepare reports, and assist with business-related tasks as needed.
   •   Job Tracking: Maintain records of scheduled and completed jobs, track client follow-ups, and keep detailed reports.

Qualifications:
   •   Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative/customer service role (preferred).
   •   Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
   •   Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
   •   Proficient in technology, including CRM software, scheduling tools, email, and social media platforms.
   •   Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
   •   Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision.
   •   Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
