Stephen & Chelsey Diaz are seeking part-time personnel to help new leads (aka potential future Rainmakers) into the Mastermind through being active on
As a part of The Rainmaker Family team, we’re always looking to steward and multiply what we do, looking for ways to love and serve families who are ready for financial breakthroughs.
Social Media Setters are responsible for generating business revenue by encouraging our Future Rainmakers to schedule a call with our closers.
Our perfect Social Media Setter loves to serve others and maintains a super positive attitude. You can pivot quickly when needed and relay issues to your team leader promptly.
You’re gifted in communicating in a way that feels like talking to a friend. You are known for drawing out the gold in others and always believing in their best.
Most of your communication with leads will be written communication. These will be live/real time, back and forth conversations. Because of this, you are required to quickly and accurately respond to dynamic conversations in English.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Generate leads for Closers
* Daily execution of tasks for at least forty (40) hours per week
* Use the Clockify App as time tracker
* Reaching out to leads, replying to comments, and responding to private messages on Instagram
* Daily reporting of output to the Sales Coordinator
RESULTS
* During your working hours, you are required to respond to messages from leads within 2 minutes.

* Following up with inbound leads who reached out via comments and direct messages
* Outreach to people from
* Contacting 30-40 leads/prospects means you will be “reaching out” to at least 40 leads a day and interact with others as well.
REQUIREMENTS
* People skills:
You’re going to be talking (through chats/messages) with people all day. Being a natural rapport builder is going to hedge your bets of success (this DOESN’T mean you have to be an extrovert).
* Integrity:
Be someone who follows through with what you say. Be honest with prospects. And only enroll Rainmakers who’re a great fit.
* Leadership:
You must always lead prospects to the best decision for them EVEN IF that decision is outside of their comfort zone. Take a stand for what’s BEST for people.
* Proactivity:
You must be able to work and provide results with less supervision
* High standards:
You’re tasked with helping prospects live up to their highest standards. Therefore, you must live up to our own high standards. The secret code is cowboy.
* Poise:
You’ll be having crucial conversations daily, which - a lot of times - can be life-changing conversations for the prospect. You must be calm under pressure and hold firm to help the prospect make the best decision for them.
You must have the ability to work 40 hours per week.

AGREEMENT TERMS
Time:
* You will have to report to work and use the Clockify App for at least 8 hours a day, 5 days per week.
* You will also be expected to complete your morning & end reporting tasks
* You will also be expected to be available to communicate through Slack during your work hours
* Altogether this is a part-time position, that may be full-time in the long run depending on your performance
* Working during US hours is required for this position.
* This position is remote. So, you will have the freedom to work from anywhere.
* You may request off anytime with advanced notice.
* Time off is honored after 8 weeks in this position.
Compensation
This position is paid per hour, with consideration on the outputs
Monthly Compensation is $480 Per Month. (Paid Bi-Weekly)
This is $3 USD per hour for 160 hours per month.
