JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Level 1 Support Representative to assist our US team. You'll be responsible for handling client requests, creating and managing support tickets, troubleshooting basic issues, and escalating complex problems to higher support levels.

Hours: 7AM - 8PM EST (including weekends and US holidays)

Key Responsibilities:

*Handle client requests via phone, email, or chat.
*Log and manage support tickets.
*Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate unresolved problems.
*Provide timely follow-ups with clients.
*Maintain customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all times.

Qualifications:

*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*Basic technical knowledge or willingness to learn.
*Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
*Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
*Ability to work in the specified time zone and on weekends/holidays.
