With a focus on personal growth, emotional healing, and empowerment, the company aims to support clients in achieving lasting change and transformation. Ginney is currently seeking a creative, organized, and reliable Virtual Assistant to help with digital marketing and video content creation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with creating and launching a digital marketing campaign.
• Develop a social media strategy, evolving it over time to reach and engage more clients.
• Edit videos for social media and digital marketing purposes, particularly for platforms like YouTube and Zoom.
• Manage and enhance social media presence by generating creative content and maintaining consistent communication.
• Troubleshoot and assist in improving campaigns and strategies as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Creative problem solver with experience in video editing (you will be guided on the tools used, but familiarity with YouTube and Zoom is preferred).
• Good communication skills, able to clearly express ideas and concerns in a timely manner.
• Ability to stay organized and follow through on tasks independently.
• Experience with digital marketing tools or willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.

Desired Qualities:
• Organized, proactive, and reliable.
• Creative and resourceful, particularly in digital marketing and content creation.
• A people-person who can understand the target audience and create engaging content.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with the owner.
• A good communicator who addresses issues or concerns promptly.

Working Hours:
• 20 hours per week, typically from 7-4 or 8-5, with an hour break at their convenience.
• The client works within the Mountain Time Zone (USA).

Expected Outcome:
The Virtual Assistant will help establish and maintain a growing digital marketing campaign to reach a larger audience, ultimately increasing clients and business income. Ongoing video editing is also a key component of the role.

Additional Details:
• Paid onboarding and training may be provided.
• No vacation plans are pending.
