Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
1. Sales Administration
• Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues to appropriate teams.
• Coordinate with finance and logistics teams to ensure order fulfillment.
• Track sales performance and provide administrative support for sales campaigns.
2. Quality Analysis & Data Validation:
• Audit sales data for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify discrepancies in sales reports and take corrective actions.
• Develop quality control processes to minimize errors in data entry.
• Implement best practices to ensure data consistency and reliability.
3. Advanced Excel Reporting & Analytics:
• Create dashboards and reports using Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP)
• Prepare data visualizations to assist sales managers in decision-making.
Skills & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Experience: 2+ years in sales administration, quality analysis, or data management.
• Excel Expertise: Advanced knowledge of PivotTables, VLOOKUP (MUST HAVE)
• CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ClickUp).
•Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail for data accuracy and reporting.
• Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with sales teams and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
