About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Claims PD Auditor to join the team. As a PD Auditor, you will be responsible for auditing and ensuring the quality of completed work assignments. You will play a key role in verifying file accuracy, completing necessary documentation, and providing critical support to the appraisal and office staff.
This full-time role is ideal for someone with a strong background in auto estimating, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple audits efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Audit & Quality Control: Review pending files to verify accuracy and completeness.
Data Entry: Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and entered correctly.
Process Tracker Updates: Log each audited file in the system for tracking and reporting.
Workflow Efficiency: Complete a minimum of 30 audits per day (3 per hour) while focusing on the primary region.
Communication: Request corrections from appraisers when necessary, but ensure files do not sit with missing data for more than 2 hours. If the appraiser is unresponsive, complete the necessary paperwork to close the file.
Team Collaboration: Participate in bi-weekly virtual tea
Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Virtual Manager.

Job Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy rates.
Experience in Auto Estimating is required.
General computer skills and proficiency in data entry.
Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to interact with appraisers and tea

Experience in Auto Estimating is required.
Working Hours
Office Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM PST).
1-hour unpaid lunch break.
15-minute paid breaks before lunch and after lunch.
Annual Review Metrics
Daily File Closures: 30 audits per day (3 per hour) within the primary region.
Accuracy of Audits: Maintain an error rate of less than 5%.
