Shopify Virtual Assistant

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant to manage our Shopify store and help drive sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in Shopify management, digital marketing, and customer service, and will be responsible for running the store end-to-end. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to contribute to a growing e-commerce business while working flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities

# Shopify Store Management & Optimization
Set up, optimize, and maintain the Shopify store layout and product pages.
Update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
Manage inventory, track stock, and coordinate with suppliers.
Troubleshoot technical store issues and optimize the user experience.

# Sales & Marketing Strategy
Run and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to drive sales.
Assist with email marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
Help plan and schedule engaging content for social media.
Implement basic SEO strategies to improve store visibility.

# Customer Support & Order Processing
Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently.
Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve issues promptly.

# Performance Monitoring & Growth
Track and analyze ad performance, website traffic, and conversions.
Generate reports on store performance and suggest improvements.
Provide insights and recommendations to increase revenue and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
> At least 2 years of experience working with Shopify and e-commerce.
> Strong knowledge of Shopify apps, integrations, and analytics.
> Digital marketing experience (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing).
> Excellent communication and customer service skills.
> Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
> Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
> Proactive, results-driven, and eager to help grow the business.
