We embrace automation, accuracy, and efficiency in our financial operations. We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager who can lead financial processes, ensure compliance, and implement automation to drive efficiency.

Role Overview

The Finance & Accounting Manager will oversee financial reporting, invoicing, forecasting, reconciliation, and sales tax compliance across multiple businesses. This role will work closely with leadership, operations, and service delivery teams to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and profitability.

This position requires both strategic oversight and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in finance automation to optimize workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Leadership

Provide financial leadership with the capacity to hire and manage an assistant if needed.
Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts and preparation of month-end financial reports for multiple entities.
Oversee financial forecasting, cash flow management, and budgeting to support business growth.
Develop financial analytics and management reports to support decision-making.
Identify and mitigate financial risks, fraud, and anomalies to protect company assets.
Invoicing & Revenue Optimization

Generate and send 70+ monthly invoices accurately and on time.
Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and minimizing outstanding balances.
Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate billing of expenses and optimize profit margins.
Implement automation systems to streamline invoicing and reconciliation processes.
Sales Tax & Compliance

Ensure compliance with sales tax laws, filing required reports and payments on time.
Manage multi-state or international sales tax requirements as applicable.
Complete all sales tax compliance tasks with accuracy and diligence.
Who You Are

A meticulous, process-driven financial professional with experience in multi-entity financial operations.
Proactive in identifying and implementing automation tools to improve efficiency.
Possess exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and trustworthiness.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify financial risks and opportunities.
A collaborative communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally with leadership, operations, and IT teams.
Requirements

? 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.

? Strong English communication skills (written & verbal) for reporting and collaboration.

? Proven track record in finance automation (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, Bill.com, Stripe, or similar tools).

? Experience in multi-entity financial reporting, reconciliation, and forecasting.

? Strong understanding of sales tax compliance and accounting best practices.

? CPA is a must , CMA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
