Our awesome (and rapidly growing) community needs a friendly voice helping them adopt our product. They need your help answering questions, solving tech hiccups and handling feature requests.
Why?
Because Plutio is taking off like a rocket and our customers need dedicated support. Our team is burning the midnight oil, building helpful software for agencies and freelancers around the world.
But sometimes our customer support falls flat.
So we need someone (hopefully that’s you!) to make sure our customers always feel heard, valued, and taken care of.
Can you help us help them?
We’re looking for a GSD (get-sh*t-done) type of person who is customer-focused, committed to problem-solving, and ready to learn the ins and outs of our all-in-one business management platform.
Here’s what we need you to do every day:
* Respond to customer inquiries via
* Relay any technical issues or bugs to the dev team (and follow up!)
* Track and catalog frequent issues and solutions in a handy doc
* Monitor review sites, articles, and videos and engage with comments
* Be the calm, friendly face in the midst of occasional chaos!
We already have a loyal customer base paying our bills, and after 8+ years in the game, we’ve proven Plutio’s staying power.

We want someone who is:
* Comfortable working from home in EST business hours.
* A strong communicator and empathetic problem-solver
* Ready to collaborate with our development team on tricky tech issues
* Detail-oriented and able to connect with users on their level
* Organized enough to ensure no customer’s question slips through the cracks
Pay starts at $400 - $1000/month and will grow as you do. This is a long-term, flexible, full-time position, complete with all the training and materials you’ll need.
