Job Title: AI Automation & System Developer For An Instagram Growth Coach

Role: AI Automation & System Developer
Type: Contract/Freelance (Possibly Full-Time Later)
Compensation: $1,200 as a starting salary

Job Overview

I need an AI Automation & System Developer who will help me create AI-powered agents, automation, and workflows that streamline the process of growing Instagram accounts (a fusion of AI and social media marketing together)

This role involves:
- Building AI-powered content agents (for content ideation, script generation, caption writing, etc.).
- Automating lead generation & nurturing (ManyChat, Zapier workflows, email sequences).
- Integrating AI-powered tools (ChatGPT API, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, Make, N8).
- Developing performance tracking systems (automated reporting & insights).

Skills & Experience:

I. AI & Automation Expertise
- Experience with ChatGPT API, OpenAI, or similar AI models.
- Strong knowledge of Zapier, ManyChat, and automation tools such as Make and N8.
- Highly experienced with data scraping tools for competitor research.

II. System Development
- Experience building AI-driven automation workflows.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets, Notion, or Airtable API integrations.
- Ability to develop custom Python scripts for AI integrations.

III. Social Media & Growth Strategy (Preferred but not required)
- Understanding of Instagram growth strategies (content, engagement, monetization).
- Familiarity with Instagram’s algorithm, API limitations, and automation best practices.
