Our esteemed client manage a growing portfolio of 150+ short-term rental properties, delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring top-tier property performance and owner satisfaction. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, maintain high occupancy rates, and enhance guest and owner experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Property Oversight: Manage the operations and upkeep of 150+ short-term rental properties to ensure they meet high-quality standards.
Guest Experience: Oversee guest communication, address inquiries and concerns promptly, and ensure seamless check-ins and check-outs.
Owner Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
Revenue & Occupancy Management: Work with the team to optimize pricing and booking strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with cleaning services, maintenance teams, and other third-party vendors to ensure timely service.
Platform Management: Oversee listings on Airbnb, VRBO,
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor listings, and guest preferences to recommend property enhancements and pricing adjustments.
Performance Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, average daily rate (ADR), and guest satisfaction to drive improvements.
Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all properties comply with local laws, regulations, and short-term rental policies.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or short-term rental operations.
Familiarity with short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, VRBO,
Strong knowledge of property maintenance, vendor coordination, and guest services.
Experience with revenue management tools and dynamic pricing strategies is a plus.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards.
