As a global leader in adventure motorcycling equipment, we’re dedicated to innovation and building a world-class team. With 15 employees and a portfolio of cutting-edge products, we need a dedicated HR professional to lead our talent acquisition and team management efforts.


What You’ll Do

Recruit Top Talent: Constantly seek out and attract the best talent for our team.
Streamline Hiring: Filter applicants, design testing procedures, and evaluate candidates effectively.
Team Management: Oversee schedules, manage workload distribution, and maintain team harmony.
Culture Building: Foster a supportive, flexible, and productive work environment.
Strategic HR: Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with company goals.


What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in HR management, particularly in remote team settings.
Strong organizational skills to manage recruitment pipelines and team schedules.
