We are a growing real estate and insurance company based in the U.S., looking for a creative and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to manage our Facebook and YouTube platforms. If you are skilled in content creation, social media management, and engagement strategies, we want you on our team!

What We’re Looking For:
? Fluent in English (Strong written & verbal skills)
? Experience managing Facebook Pages & YouTube Channels
? Graphic design & video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)
? Knowledge of social media trends, engagement tactics & analytics
? Reliable high-speed internet & backup plan
? Ability to work US business hours
? Highly organized, proactive & detail-oriented

Responsibilities:
???? Facebook Admin Role:
???? Manage and schedule posts, stories, and engagement strategies
???? Monitor comments/messages and respond professionally
???? Create engaging graphics, captions, and video clips
???? Run basic ad campaigns and track performance

???? YouTube Admin Role:
???? Upload and optimize videos (thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags)
???? Edit short-form & long-form content (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
???? Manage audience interactions and respond to comments
???? Track video performance and suggest improvement strategies
