Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, self-driven Virtual Assistant to manage sales outreach, CRM tasks, and lead generation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
• Manage and update the CRM daily (track leads, deals, and follow-ups).
• Send cold emails and follow-up messages to clients and industry stakeholders.
• Research new leads.
• Improve sales processes (e.g., automate workflows, refine email templates).
• Own your task list and report progress without constant oversight.

Requirements
Must-Have:
1+ years of experience in B2B sales support, cold email outreach
Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools.
Excellent written English for professional emails.
Tech-savvy – able to learn new tools quickly and suggest process improvements.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Nice-to-Have:
Understanding of the needs of publicly listed companies in terms of investor relations. Knowledge of the mining/natural resources industry (gold, copper, uranium) and / or other sectors.
Experience with lead research tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases).
