Inventory Control Specialist

Now Hiring: Inventory Control Specialist
Rate: $4-$6/hour (based on experience and skill set)
Must be available to work during US (PST) time zone

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory data, ensuring accuracy in stock levels, and optimizing inventory processes. If you have advanced proficiency in Excel, strong problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updates in the system
- Perform regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Analyze inventory data using Excel to track trends and optimize stock levels
- Coordinate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and other departments to streamline inventory processes
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overstock issues
- Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory management efficiency

Qualifications & Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with inventory management systems or similar is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
