Join Our International Team!

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Support Specialist to join our global team. In this role, you'll provide chat support and screen-sharing assistance to help users navigate our app efficiently.

What You’ll Do:
- Become an expert in our app to assist users with their questions and issues in French and English
- Provide support via real-time chat and scheduled screen-sharing sessions
- Gather user feedback and collaborate with our development team to enhance the user experience (UX) and app features.
- Ensure users get the best possible experience through clear communication and problem-solving.
- Get good reviews from our users

What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent French-English speaker, spoken fluently
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- The software is very technical. Problem-solving and ability to learn.
- Ability to troubleshoot and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- A team player who thrives in an international work environment.
