Short Term Rental (STR) Virtual Assistant

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage our short-term rental operations (for high end, luxury properties) and social media presence. If you have experience in Airbnb, VRBO, Hospitable, and social media marketing, this role is for you!

????Short-Term Rental Management
? Guest Communication & Bookings
Respond to all guest inquiries and booking requests in a timely and professional manner.
Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
Maintain a response time of under 10 minutes for urgent inquiries.

? Calendar & Pricing Management
Manage booking availability and pricing using Hospitable & RankBreeze.
Ensure no overbookings or scheduling conflicts.
Optimize pricing based on market demand.

? Check-in & Check-out Coordination
Provide guests with check-in instructions and address last-minute requests.
Verify that cleaning and maintenance are completed before guest arrivals.

? Vendor & Maintenance Coordination
Schedule and communicate with:
Cleaning teams (via Turno),
- Ensure all projects are assigned cleaners
- Check photos after each turn
Pool & pest control services
Handyman & maintenance professionals
Ensure all services are completed on time and to standard.

? Bill & Utility Payments
Track and pay electricity, water, internet, and trash services to avoid late fees.

? Reputation & Review Management
Respond to guest reviews professionally to maintain a 4.8+ rating.

???? Social Media & Marketing Management
? Content Creation & Scheduling
Create and post 3-5 engaging posts per week on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Use Canva or other tools to design visually appealing content.

? Community Engagement
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media.
Build brand awareness and encourage direct bookings.

? Performance Analytics
Track engagement metrics and suggest strategies for growth.
