Job Overview – What You Will Do

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and organize web development projects. You will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to client expectations. Your job includes working closely with developers, designers, and clients to keep everything running smoothly.

This role is for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven. If you can manage teams, handle multiple projects at once, and communicate clearly, we would love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities

> Manage projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion
> Coordinate with clients to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables
> Develop project plans and schedules to keep tasks on track
> Ensure teams are meeting deadlines by managing workflows efficiently
> Identify and resolve project risks before they cause delays
> Act as the main point of contact for clients, keeping communication clear and professional
> Ensure project quality meets company standards before delivery
> Track project performance to identify areas for improvement
