We are looking someone to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process and HR management functions across our company.
Our ideal candidate is a young and charismatic individual who has exceptional communications and interpersonal skills. Training and SOPs will be provided.
This position is five days a week (40 hours), with the possibility of one additional day of overtime when needed.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles
• Identify and attract creative talent with a focus on social media expertise.
• Conduct interviews and manage the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Oversee company-wide HR tasks, including time-off requests and basic policy implementation.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support team growth and engagement.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in hiring and HR management (remote recruitment experience is a plus).
• Exceptional ability to identify top-tier creative and social media-focused talent.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Energetic, creative, and proactive mindset
