Hours: Full-time (45 hours per week), long-term
Days: 5 days a week, 8am to 5pm CST or similar
Time-zone: U.S. Central Time (CST)
Pay: $1100 USD / month

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Virtual Assistant to work closely with our founder in streamlining sales efforts, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining CRM data integrity. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to contribute to a high-growth business.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Research
• Research and compile lists of potential customers
• Track competitor activity
• Monitor industry trends
Sales Support & Coordination
• Vet and reply to inbound leads.
• Prepare customized sales memos, proposals, and pitch decks for prospective clients.
• Draft and send initial outreach emails, follow-up sequences, and meeting requests.
• Schedule and organize sales calls, ensuring all necessary prep work is done in advance.
• Provide detailed call lists for follow-ups
CRM Management & Data Organization
• Clean up and maintain CRM records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of lead and client data.
• Log interactions with prospects and update deal statuses in the CRM.
• Develop simple reports and dashboards to track sales progress.
Trip & Route Planning
• Map out efficient travel routes for outside sales
• Provide detailed itineraries for sales trips, including key contacts and meeting notes.
Team Communication & Workflow Management
• Use Slack to communicate updates, share lead information, and coordinate tasks.
• Keep track of ongoing projects and tasks in Slack and Airtable.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between teaUpgrade to see actual infombers by keeping sales processes organized.

What We're Looking For
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interface with managers and customers will be important, although this will initially be a minor part of the role and may expand over time.
• Experience: 1+ years in a sales support, business development, or operations role.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation tools.
• Highly Organized: Able to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and keep things running smoothly.
• Proactive & Resourceful: Capable of identifying new opportunities and taking initiative without micromanagement.
• Strong Communication: Clear written and verbal communication for professional outreach.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred)
• Experience in B2B sales, real estate, or property management.
• Basic graphic design skills for sales proposals (Canva, PowerPoint, etc.).
