YOOFU is committed to fostering international cultural exchange through its Future Diplomat program, where elite Chinese students engage with diplomats at embassies worldwide. We collaborate closely with embassies to organize cultural exchange events, educational programs, and content creation initiatives. To support our growing projects, we are seeking a Part-Time Virtual Assistant Project Manager to help streamline operations and ensure smooth execution of our initiatives.

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of YOOFU’s embassy collaborations, cultural events, and educational programs. You will work closely with the Project Manager and internal teams to track progress, manage schedules, and facilitate communication between various stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment and has strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking embassy events, educational programs, and content development projects.
* Maintain project timelines, task lists, and documentation to ensure smooth execution.
* Coordinate with internal teams, embassy officials, and external partners to gather information and provide updates.
* Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues, ensuring timely resolution.
* Support the Project Manager in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting summaries.
* Ensure all project deliverables meet YOOFU’s quality standards and deadlines.
* Help manage communications across different time zones in a remote work environment.

Requirements:

* Experience in project coordination, event planning, or administrative support.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
* Familiarity with project management tools (such as Asana, Trello, Click Up, or similar) is a plus.

Preferred:

* Background in education, international relations, or cultural exchange projects.
* Experience in event planning, marketing, or operations support.
* Knowledge of Chinese and global cultural elements is an advantage.

Work Environment:

This is a part-time, fully remote position with flexible working hours. You will be expected to manage tasks efficiently while supporting a global team across different time zones.
