Sales & Operations Specialist

Golden Home Access is a California-based company that helps seniors live safely and independently in their homes by installing mobility equipment such as stairlifts, wheelchair ramps, and grab bars.

We're looking for a Sales & Operations Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, explain our services, and encourage potential customers to book an appointment.
- Consolidate and organize leads from various sources (Google, Facebook, website inquiries, etc.).
- Make outbound calls to qualify leads and schedule jobs.
- Prepare quotes and invoices.
- Keep Notion and our CRM organized and up-to-date.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and request 5-star reviews.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Bonus Skills

- Monitor relevant Nextdoor, Facebook groups, and Reddit conversations; engage with potential customers by posting organic educational comments and content
- Manage email marketing campaigns
