Painting Company Seeking Organized & Tech-Savvy Assistant

We're looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy assistant to support our growing painting business. This role involves managing client communication (email/phone), using CRM software (e.g., Jobber, Salesforce), scheduling projects and crews, and assisting with basic marketing (graphic design/content creation).

Responsibilities:

Handle client inquiries and maintain relationships.
Manage CRM (Jobber, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Schedule appointments, estimates, and projects.
Assist with light graphic design (Canva, Adobe Express) and content creation.
Find online resources to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong reading and writing comprehension.
Fluent in English.
Tech-savvy and quick learner (Google Suite, Slack, ClickUp).
Organized and detail-oriented.
Customer-focused and friendly.
Proactive and solutions-oriented.
Preferred (but not required): Experience in painting, construction, service industries, or real estate.

Bonus Skills: Basic graphic design, social media management, bookkeeping, sales support.
