Get paid to generate leads & book calls for a growing digital agency!
20 hours/week | $250/month + bonuses | Full training provided

Role Overview
We’re looking for two highly motivated Sales VAs to handle lead generation, outreach, and booking calls for our web design & SEO agency – Aaron Makes Websites.

Each role will focus on a different outreach method:
VA #1: Instagram & LinkedIn Outreach (DMs, engaging, commenting)
VA #2: Email & Partnerships Outreach (Sending targeted emails, following up)

No calling involved – just messaging, engaging, and booking calls!

You will be part of a highly supportive team, working closely with:
Aaron (Founder & Lead Sales) – Your direct manager, handling calls & closing deals
Joy (Web Developer & Sales Trainer) – Will train you on effective outreach & client funnels
Mary (Marketing & Content Specialist) – Ensures our messaging & positioning align with campaigns
Deeya (Admin & Operations Support) – Helps streamline workflows & CRM management

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach:
Send 100+ messages per day (depending on the platform you handle)
Engage with potential clients, start conversations & qualify leads
Follow up with warm leads & book calls in Aaron’s calendar

CRM & Sales Funnel Support:
Track & manage leads inside GoHighLevel (GHL) (Training Provided)
Ensure booked calls have pre-call materials sent for warm-up
Report daily activity: Messages sent, responses, calls booked

Collaboration & Learning:
Work with Joy to refine outreach strategy & scripts
Align with Mary to ensure messaging fits broader marketing efforts
Supported by Deeya to automate admin tasks & improve efficiency

Salary & Hours
Part-Time: 20 hours per week
$250/month + performance-based commission (Earn more for each sale closed!)
Potential to increase hours/pay based on performance

Who We’re Looking For:
Experience in lead generation or sales outreach (preferred but not required)
Strong written English & communication skills – Messaging leads daily
Results-driven mindset – Focused on hitting call booking targets
Organized & proactive – Able to manage lead lists & follow processes
Tech-savvy – Comfortable learning & using CRM & outreach tools
