Business Formation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Formation Specialist to assist our clients with the complete setup of their Limited Liability Companies (LLCs). This role involves preparing and filing all necessary documentation to ensure businesses are legally structured and compliant with state regulations.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and file LLC formation documents (Articles of Organization, Operating Agreements, EIN applications, etc.)
File BOI Reports
Ensure compliance with state-specific regulations for business registration
Obtain/Assign Registered Agent
Work with clients to gather required information and verify documentation accuracy
Coordinate with state agencies and follow up on filings until completion and delivery
Provide guidance on maintaining compliance post-formation, including annual reports and operating agreements
Keep up-to-date with state and federal business formation laws

Qualifications:
Proven experience in business entity formation, particularly LLCs
Strong knowledge of state-specific business registration requirements
Familiarity with IRS EIN applications and business compliance laws
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work with little supervision efficiently
Strong communication skills to guide clients through the process

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with business consulting, legal documentation, or paralegal work
Knowledge of S-Corp and C-Corp formations and or transfers is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
