Company Overview:
We are a professional pet waste removal company dedicated to providing reliable, efficient, and eco-friendly services to pet owners. Our goal is to maintain clean and sanitary outdoor spaces while delivering excellent customer service. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to support our operations, customer service, and administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via
• Appointment Scheduling: Manage and coordinate service appointments, ensuring efficient routing for field technicians.
• Billing & Invoicing: Process payments, generate invoices, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Administrative Support: Handle data entry, maintain customer records, and update CRM systems.
• Social Media & Marketing Support: Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts, responding to comments/messages, and managing online customer engagement.

• Basic Bookkeeping: Track expenses and update financial records as needed.
• Research & Reports: Conduct market research and compile reports on competitor analysis or customer trends.
• Other Ad Hoc Tasks: Support various business functions as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience using CRM systems, scheduling tools, and customer support platforms.
• Familiarity with social media management and basic graphic design (Canva, etc.) is a plus.
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge and experience with invoicing software (e.g., QuickBooks, Wave) are preferred.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other remote work tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience working with a U.S. or Canada-based company is an advantage.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
• Flexible work hours (to align with North American time zones as needed).
• 2 weeks paid time of 13th month pay
