A Virginia-based construction company is looking for a talented Social Media Manager to handle their online presence. If you have a knack for increasing engagement and managing social media platforms, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the company’s Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts
Increase page likes, engagement, and brand visibility
Create and schedule engaging content tailored to the construction industry
Perform light video editing for social media posts and reels
Handle other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
**Minimum of 2 years experience as a Social Media Manager**
Proven experience in social media management
Strong understanding of content creation and engagement strategies
Basic video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools)
Excellent written and communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Work Hours & Compensation:
15 to 20 hours per week
P335 per hour
