JOB OVERVIEW

Twenty39 are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Coordinator with the ability to seamlessly execute daily operations. The role will include task management, process optimisation, team coordination, and administrative support across projects. The role is initially part time with the ability to grow into a full time role for the right candidate. Your ability to stay organised, proactive, and adaptable will be key to the smooth functioning of the business.

The key tasks include owning the task flow in Asana, monitoring deadlines, maintaining operational systems, and clearing roadblocks to keep projects on track. Your focus will be to support the Operations Manager by handling BAU activities, reducing operational friction, and enhancing team productivity.

It is desirable if you have experience using Asana, Slack, Shopify, google sheets and 3PL systems.

You must have your own reliable work space and electronics - with stable internet.
