Trust Administration Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced paralegal with 2+ years of experience working for law firms in the US. You will be working full time (50 hours/week) during US business hours (EST or PST). To be considered, you need to meet the following criteria:

- Provide paralegal support to successor trustees in administering trusts after the death of a trustor.
- Assist with all administrative duties related to trust administration, especially in relation to the duties of a successor trustee.
- Experience working for a US law firm 2+ years;
- Experience writing, editing, and reviewing legal documents;
- Experience in supporting case management & client intake;
- Experience in conducting legal research & evidence gathering;
- Experience in client liaison, interviewing, and scheduling;
- California law experience preferred.
- Willingness to work 50 hours/week, from home, permanently;
- Quiet home office with internet & power backup.

You will be working with the same client and will be placed with one client permanently. This is a long-term, permanent role.
