We partner with industry leaders like Binance, Western Union, Acorns, and Flo Health, helping them stay ahead in a short-form-first world. We believe short form is the new form—producing thousands of ads every month to power high-performing campaigns.We’re looking for a Paid Ad Operations Assistant based in the Philippines to help manage the operational side of our paid ad campaigns. If you have experience with Meta, Google, and TikTok ads and thrive in handling ad rejections, support tickets, and other operational tasks, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Handle ad rejections—review, troubleshoot, and appeal disapproved ads
Manage support tickets—communicate with ad platform support teams to resolve issues
Monitor compliance—ensure ads meet platform policies and guidelines
Assist with campaign operations—help with account troubleshooting, billing issues, and general ad account maintenance
Document solutions and best practices to improve workflow efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads (handling rejections, policy violations, and appeals)
Strong attention to detail—you spot issues before they become problems
Problem-solver mindset—you can navigate support systems and get things done
Excellent written and verbal English skills—you’ll be communicating with ad platforms
Previous experience in ad operations, digital marketing, or related fields is a plus
