About the Role:
As a Phone Closer, you will be the first point of contact with potential leads who have shown interest in our services. Your role will involve:
- Engaging with new leads through warm outbound calls (don’t worry – they already know who we are!).
- Asking insightful questions to qualify leads and understand their needs.
- Sending an application packet and walking the lead through the process.
- Following up consistently until the application is completed and the deal is closed.

You’ll be a vital part of our team, guiding leads through the process and keeping them excited about joining us. This is where your sales experience and coachable attitude come in.

What You Bring to the Table:
- Strong English speaking skills (this is required)
- Strong writing skills to follow up with leads via email and text.
- Minimal to no accent to ensure clear communication.
- Confidence on the phone and in your ability to educate callers.
- Experience in phone sales – you know how to make a connection and seal the deal.
- A coachable mindset – we want you to grow, learn, and adapt to new strategies to hit your targets.
