JOB OVERVIEW

REAL ESTATE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT:

In this Position the ideal candidate will have Mastery of English and the ability to email and text potential clients. It would be helpful if they have some real estate background. Note: I do not need rental or AirBnB experience.

The position will start out at 4 hours a day (Monday-Friday) EST with pay of $250 and after 60 days of successful work and training move to a full time position (8 Hours per day) with pay of $525. I am looking for someone who can work full time for the long term and would like to grow with me. I have been doing this for 7 years and have been successful, but I cannot be in the office and out showing properties at the same time- That is why I need someone reliable.

General Job Description:
The work is sometimes a little boring and sometime a little creative. Everyday, you will have to go through the leads that come in and respond as fast as possible using my 4 step process of initiating contact through text, sending appropriate email based on search location, labeling lead with correct parameters and scheduling follow up tasks. This is the most important task to be done immediately when a lead signs up through my website signup and into my database (CRM).
This will usually be only 15%-20% of your time. An additional 20% of the time will be used in the CRM database and engagement with clients based on actions and behaviors. (IE- they looked at 60 houses in the last two days- chances are they need to buy, let's reach out and see if they need some help!).

The other 60% of the time will be a bit more creative, for example-using Canva, Loomly- (scheduling of social media posts), email blasts, etc.

Hiring Process:

1. Apply-Your application will be reviewed personally by me. Please send me a cover letter, resume and a portfolio of your work for me to review. This can be Marketing or Canva designs or anything YOU did relating to marketing of Real Estate. If you have not worked in real estate, but designed flyers or videos for another project send it along and see how our styles mesh.

2. If your resume looks good I will reach out to you and ask you to answer some questions that I will email to you. I expect you will have some questions for me as well.

3. If #2 goes well, and I have narrowed it down to 4-5 candidates and I will pay you to complete a small project.

4. After the project is completed I will make my final 2-3 choices and will ask for a short video call-just to discuss our working styles and see how we communicate.
