Role Summary:
We’re hiring a Direct Marketing Coordinator/ Analyst to manage and optimize our outbound marketing efforts, including cold calling, cold texting, direct mail, and marketing list optimization to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). This role also involves analyzing pricing data, particularly for land lists and value grouping.

Details:
- Pay: $10 - $15/hour + performance bonuses (based on experiance)
- Payment: Weekly (Mondays via Upgrade to see actual info)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (40 hours/week)
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
- Break: 1 hour unpaid break
- Start Date: ASAP

Role Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Pricing: Conduct competitive research, analyze land values, and refine pricing models.
- Data Management & Lead Optimization: Pull, clean, and segment marketing data for targeted campaigns.
- Marketing Performance Analysis: Track and optimize cold calling, texting, and direct mail strategies to improve conversion rates.
