SEO Client Communication Specialist

We are looking for a Client Communication Specialist to provide monthly updates to our SEO clients via WhatsApp. This is a simple and flexible role where you will update each client once per month, ensuring they stay informed about their website ranking progress and feel engaged with our services.

For the most part, this role requires only 2-3 hours per month. You will have access to our backend SEO tracking tool to review performance data and relay updates in a clear and professional manner.

As our company grows, there will be opportunities for expanded responsibilities and higher pay, especially for those with strong SEO knowledge.

Responsibilities:
Check SEO performance updates from our tool
Provide monthly WhatsApp updates to each client
Ensure clients feel informed and engaged with ongoing SEO efforts
Answer basic SEO-related questions as needed

Requirements:
Basic understanding of SEO (rank tracking, keywords, backlinks, etc.)
Strong written communication skills in English
Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
Comfortable using WhatsApp for client communication
Prior experience in customer support or client relations is a plus
