Social Media Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and engagement-driven Content Creator to join our team!
The ideal candidate will be laser-focused on content creation and engagement, ensuring that our Facebook Page and Group remain highly active, engaging, and continuously growing.
Our Facebook Page has over 500,000 followers, and our Facebook Group has more than 100,000 members, and your content will reach over 50 million views every month.

Basic Requirements:
- Proficient with Facebook.
- Experience creating engaging posts for Facebook Pages or Groups.
- Knowledge of Canva or Photoshop for meme creation and visual content.
- Experience with Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- High proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, motivated, independent, yet communicative and collaborative.
- Ability and openness to learn the exciting world of farming, including its vocabulary.
- Be open to create content for other Social Media platforms, as the business grows.

Responsibilities (What you'll be doing):
- Content Creation: Write engaging and relatable posts for our Social Media
- Meme Creation: Design farming-related memes using Canva or Photoshop
- Plan and schedule content
- Approve Group members posts
- Stay updated on farming trends
- Find viral content
- Analyzing engagement data and make decisions based on it
- Leverage content for expansion of the business
- SOP Documentation: Create structured content guidelines and templates.

Working hours:
- Sunday-Thursday, 6 hours each day.
- Working on Israel time (4pm - 10pm).
- Global salary of $550 / Approx. 32,000PHP.
